Going beyond just store-bought-beads-on-string, our Jewelry Design class employs advanced techniques to make the most emblematic wearables around! Using colored polymer clay, we teach students to build extraordinary kaleidoscope patterns with marbling and caning, which combines and mixes different shaped and colored profiles, creating stunning abstract motifs. This lengthy and complex process pays off with the most beautiful surfaces and forms, and combines other media to complete multiple finished pieces. Throughout the series of classes, students will develop fine modeling and detailing skills, and grow their individual sense of fashion and self-expression.
